About The Speech Clinic of the Coastal Empire

Our Story

After moving to Savannah, founder Ansley Sellers, CCC-SLP, recognized the need for a practice where individuals and families could receive personalized care from supported clinicians who truly understand their goals and challenges. With the encouragement and guidance from her experienced mentor, The Speech Clinic of the Coastal Empire was established in 2015.

What started as a small practice has grown into a team of dedicated speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists serving children and adults throughout Savannah, Pooler, and Wilmington Island.

While our practice has grown, our commitment has stayed the same: providing personalized, compassionate care where every client is known, supported, and celebrated for their unique progress.

At The Speech Clinic of the Coastal Empire, we believe therapy is about more than skills and milestones- it’s about helping people connect with others, build independence, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized speech, feeding, occupational, and communication therapy that empowers children and adults to find their voice, build confidence, and participate more fully in the moments that matter most.
